PLEASE NOTE: This is a private booking for your group. You will not be playing with others. Please keep in mind that the MINIMUM number of players for Refuge is FOUR (4) and the MAXIMUM is EIGHT (8). The game will not run if there are less than 4 or more than 8 people on game day, so please plan accordingly.

If there are less than four players or more than eight players that show up at your time slot, the game will be subject to cancellation without refund.

We recommend 7-8 players for the best experience.

IMPORTANT INFORMATION

Refuge is an experience that contains moderate activity, flashing lights, and a sense of urgency. The experience also utilizes the full color spectrum for some of it’s puzzles so please advise.

TERMS & CONDITIONS
1. GENERAL
1.1 These Terms and Conditions apply to the use by any visitor of the Refuge website and the premises, and should be read carefully before any use.
1.2 Nothing in these terms and conditions is intended to affect your statutory rights.
1.3 Refuge is part of Wildrence LLC, hereinafter “the Company”. The trademarks and logos displayed on this website are the property of the Company. You are not permitted to use these without the prior written permission of Wildrence LLC and you accept that any such use may constitute an infringement of the relevant proprietor’s rights.
1.4 The website www.refugeny.org, hereinafter “the Website”, are owned and operated by the Company.
1.5 The Company reserves the right to amend the terms and conditions from time to time at its sole discretion without prior notice.
1.6 These terms and conditions and any contract concluded incorporating these terms and conditions shall be governed by American law and all disputes shall be submitted to the exclusive jurisdiction of the American courts.
1.7 The Company does not tolerate any kind of bullying or harassment towards its employees.
1.8 Refuge may contact you from time to time with news and promotions via e-mail or phone.
2. WEBSITE USE AND SECURITY
2.1 The Company holds the right to amend or vary the website content from time to time at its sole discretion without prior notice.
2.2 The Company does its best to supply you with the most up to date and accurate information on the website.
2.3 This website is for your personal and non-commercial use. You may not modify, copy, distribute, transmit, display, perform, reproduce, publish, license, create derivative works from, transfer or sell any information obtained from this website.
2.4 The website may contain hyperlinks to third party websites. The operation of those websites is out of the Company’s control and you may use them at your own risk. The Company accepts no liability for any damage arising out of use of those websites.
2.5 You are not permitted to link to or use all or any part of the website for any purpose that is fraudulent, unlawful, defamatory, harmful, obscene or objectionable.
2.6 You accept that the Internet is not fully secure. The Company will take all appropriate steps to protect your information. The Company shall not be liable for any damage that you may suffer as a result of the loss of confidentiality of any information.
2.7 The Company shall not be liable to any person for any direct or indirect, consequential or incidental damages, including (but not limited to) lost profits or revenues, loss of opportunity, costs of replacement goods or services, loss or damage to data or business interruption, arising out of any use of the website.
3. BOOKINGS
3.1 The only language available for the conclusion of a contract online is English.
3.2 Only person(s) aged 14 or older are permitted to book. If you are under 18, you must come with a parent or legal guardian.
3.3 Any purchase on the website is only valid when processed by the Company. You will receive a confirmation once your booking is processed.
3.4 If you wish to transfer your booking(s) onto someone else’s name, you must contact the Company by either e-mail or telephone at least two hours before the start of the experience. The Company reserves the right to refuse this request.
3.5 Bookings may not be transferred or resold for commercial purposes or at a premium. If a booking is transferred or resold in breach of this condition, the bearer of the booking or the person claiming the right to attend the event will be refused admission.
3.6 You are entirely responsible for entering your details correctly on the Online Booking Form. By submitting an Online Booking Form, you acknowledge that all details supplied by you to the Company are true and accurate.
3.7 This is a live event game, and once the booking is confirmed, we cannot accept any cancellations or give any refunds.
3.8 A booking becomes a no-show and entry will be declined if a player(s) is/are late. In this situation the money is not refundable and the booking is not changeable.
3.9 The teams are to arrive on time and no later than 10 minutes after the start of the booking. This will ensure they are briefed about the rules and the story of the experience.
4. PRICE AND PAYMENT
4.1 The price of a game is stated on the Tickets section of the website.
4.2 The prices are subject to change without prior notice.
4.3 Full payment is required at the time of booking.
4.4 Any major credit or debit card is accepted.
4.5 Bookings can be made online on the website.
4.6 In a situation, where the number of people attending is less than it was booked for initially, the price difference will not be reimbursed.
4.7 No discount or offer can be used in conjunction with other discount or offer with the same booking.

6. SAFETY AND RULES ON THE PREMISES
6.1 Refuge is designed for 4 to 8 players per game.
6.2 To be admitted, you must confirm the full name and age of the booker and might be asked to confirm phone number and/or e-mail address the booking confirmation was sent to.
6.3 Please arrive promptly; you may be listed as a no show if you are late.
6.4 Due to the nature of the game, no recordings can be taken inside the room; that includes (but not limited to) the use of mobile phones, recording devices (video or audio) and cameras. The use of such devices in the room is not permitted at any time.
6.5 Locked areas are provided for storing personal belongings, while visitors are engaged in the event.
6.6 The Company expects visitors not to disclose any details of Refuge directly or indirectly to the public.
6.7 Visitors on our premises must ensure to conform to our codes and regulations, adopt proper standards of behaviour, and cooperate with our employees performing safety and security responsibilities.
6.8 Each attendee will be instructed before their event by one of the employees of the Company. After learning the rules of the game, each player will participate in the game at their own risk. The Company is not liable for any personal or equipment damages caused by not following the rules described before the event.
6.9 By understanding the nature of the event, you declare yourself fit and able to participate.
6.10 The Company is entitled to charge the visitors for any damage which is intentional and/or caused by misuse of items.
6.11 Drinks or food are not allowed to be brought into the space.
6.12 People under influence of alcohol or drugs might be turned away and their game stated as no-show. The company reserves the right to refuse entry to any visitors who are disruptive and/or under the influence of illegal substances.
6.13 The minimum age for players is 14.
7. PHOTOS AND FILMING
7.1 Photos of players may be taken during and at the end of the game.
7.2 Photos may be uploaded to social media sites without names. If you wish your photo to be removed, please let us know by e-mailing your name and date you attended the event to [email protected].
7.3 If you wish to tag your friends in the photos uploaded, we will assume you have their permission to be tagged in the photo.
7.4 Comments of the photos uploaded will be moderated by the page admin, and any inappropriate, unrelated or insulting comments will be removed.
7.5 CCTV cameras are used to assist in the proper running of the game.While participating in the game, you may be photographed or filmed. Photos, video, or film likeness to be used for any legitimate purpose the Company decides, and assigns.
8. PRIVACY POLICY
8.1 This privacy policy describes how the Company collects, uses, maintains and discloses personal and non-personal identification information of each user of the website.
8.2 The Company collects and stores your personal details without disclosing it to any third party and is dedicated to ensure that the privacy of your personal information is protected.
8.3 Personal identification information from Users can be collected in a variety of ways, including, but not limited to, when Users visit the Website, register on the Website, place an order, subscribe to our newsletter, respond to a survey, fill out a form, and in connection with other activities, services, features or resources we make available on the Website.
